Dulces Suenos at Vista Ocotal - Comfortable villa just a few steps to the beach in Playa Ocotal

We had six people in our group (family traveling with adult kid, teenagers , and young kids) and found the condo more than comfortable. The proximity to the beach is amazing. Beautiful black sand beach, with outstanding snorkeling. We loved the tide pools and snorkeling! The condo was fully furnished with beach towels and even has a beach chair stowed in one of the rooms. There’s ample storage for whatever you bring with built-ins every bed room. I loved the upstairs patio and enjoyed the quiet mornings there.The condo includes a pool just a few steps away. It’s a close drive to Playa del Coca for eating out, groceries, etc.. We cooked most meals at the condo and appreciated the dish washer, washer and dryer. Bitzu and the owners provided lots of helpful information, as well as checking in on us throughout our stay. It’s a gated condo complex with a security guard at night. We felt completely safe there both at the condo and as we explored the area. The beds are comfortable with two queen beds upstairs and two double beds downstairs. There are a/c units in each bedroom and in the living room. Three bathrooms was also an unexpected plus for us with a larger group. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. We did hear the howler monkeys several times and see them onsite. Super fun to watch the wildlife there. We highly recommend this place if you are looking for an excellent stay, close to the beach, quiet, and relaxing environment!

We stayed 8 nights and it was perfect for our family of 5. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms gave us so much room and privacy. The condo was very clean, had all the kitchen items we needed and the washer/dryer was great. A/C worked very well. This unit faces the pool and it was so nice to hop in whenever we wanted. The grounds are gorgeous and there were workers there often tidying and trimming (they brought us fresh cut coconuts one morning!). There were lizards, monkeys, and birds right outside our place. We loved sitting on the balcony to read or have coffee. This location was ideal for us- a block from the gorgeous Ocotal beach and Father Roosters. We loved the tranquility. We had a golf cart for our entire stay so we could go into Coco easily when we wanted. The owners seem very nice and Bitzu homes was great to work with. We had to reschedule our trip due to airline issues and they were both so kind to allow us to move our reservation. Bitzu homes has full concierge which we used - they had groceries delivered to our unit prior to arrival and they arranged our golf cart rental. They were responsive and kind whenever we needed anything during our trip. This place is a real gem! Highly recommend!
